Gamino is a Certified Public Accountant, holds J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation
degrees and has over 30 years of professional experience. He began his career as a litigator
in Honolulu before transitioning to tax practice, and was most recently senior tax counsel with TXU
Corp. in Dallas. John has been active in the American Bar Association’s Tax Section and
serves on the Advisory Committee of the ABA Task Force on the Attorney-Client Privilege.
