Lalia Rach is an internationally recognized researcher and speaker on trends,
branding and marketing in the global hospitality industry, and advises senior level executives at
many of America's leading companies on these topics. For the past 12 years, she has
administered undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs at the NYU Tisch
Center. Rach earned a Ed.D. from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and a
M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to coming to NYU, she was dean of the School
of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration at the University of New Haven.
