Dr. Mark Galeotti is an expert in transnational organized crime, security affairs, and modern Russia, and has had an impressive career which spans teaching, research, the private sector, and government service. Dr. Galeotti has published widely, with 13 authored and edited books to his name and numerous other pieces, from articles in peer-reviewed academic journals to newspaper op-eds. His recent projects include a global history of organized crime and an analysis of the Russian ‘mafiya’.
