![]() SCPS Global Focus Special Internship for Global Affairs Students at a United Nations MissionBefore enrolling in the M.S. in Global Affairs at NYU-SCPS, Jesse Cameron-Glickenhaus spent a year in the South Pacific’s Marshall Islands, teaching descendants of people from the Bikini Atoll who were forced from their home when it was made uninhabitable by years of U.S. nuclear weapons tests. With eyes opened to the mounting problems of pollution and climate change faced by Pacific island nations, Cameron-Glickenhaus jumped at the opportunity to work with the Permanent Mission of Palau to the UN, through a special internship program established with the NYU-SCPS Center for Global Affairs (CGA). ![]() Hospitality Conference Celebrates 30th YearCombine two visionaries, the hotel capital of the world, and an entrepreneurial university eager to embrace its unique location, and the result is the prestigious NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference—among the preeminent “must attend” events for professionals in this global industry.
