MSNBC Anchor Chris Matthews to Speak at 2009 NYU Hospitality Conference

Conference Runs May 31 – June 2, 2009 in NYC

NEW YORK, May 22, 2009 - Well-known journalist and political commentator Chris Matthews, host of the popular Hardball with Chris Matthews on MSNBC, will be interviewed by Jonathan M. Tisch, chairman and chief executive officer of Loews Hotels, at the 31st Annual NYU Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, happening May 31 to June 2, 2009 in New York City.

On Tuesday, June 2, at The Waldorf=Astoria, conference chair Jonathan M. Tisch will address the impact of politics and the global economy on the lodging industry in his annual “Beyond the Boardroom” interview with MSNBC anchor Chris Matthews. Due to unforeseen scheduling issues, Brian Williams of NBC Nightly News will not be appearing at the conference.
