The NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate today announced that industry legend Mary Ann Tighe, chief executive officer of the New York Tri-State Region for CB Richard Ellis, will receive the coveted Urban Leadership Award. Tighe will become the first woman in the history of the award to be honored.
