NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate Announces Afternoon Panels at 17th Annual REIT Symposium

Mack and Zell to take another “View from 10,000 Feet”

NEW YORK, March 26, 2012 – The REIT Center at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate announced today the line-up of top real estate executives who will headline next month’s 17th Annual REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) Symposium. This year’s Conference theme is “Doing Deals in Volatile Markets.”

The influential Symposium, which will take place on Thursday, April 19th at the Pierre Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, offers a unique forum for sophisticated, high-level discussions and is the must-attend event for hundreds of senior REIT executives, newsmakers, and industry movers and shakers.

Afternoon panels include:

  • INVESTOR ROUNDTABLE – with moderator Barry Vinocur, editor of REIT Wrap, and panelists William A. Ackman, founder and chief executive officer, Pershing Square Capital Management LP; Theodore R. Bigman, managing director, Morgan Stanley; Jonathan D. Gray, global head of Real Estate, Blackstone Real Estate Advisors; and Joseph Harvey, president, Cohen & Steers, Inc.
