In today's rapidly changing economies, domestic and global real estate markets are being transformed by new laws, codes, and the increasing emphasis on sustainability and green construction. Built on a solid liberal arts and business foundation, and with a strong emphasis on cutting-edge trends, the B.S. in Real Estate degree prepares you to manage industry change within new and evolving conceptualizations of the urban landscape. Under the guidance of a distinguished faculty of prominent professionals in the real estate industry, you acquire the most advanced knowledge of real estate finance, law, market analysis, sales, and leasing; study key aspects of the real estate development process and asset and portfolio management; and examine how sustainability is transforming the real estate industry.
The B.S. in Real Estate degree is offered in cooperation with the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, the first university division devoted exclusively to the real estate industry.
