Career development resources are an essential part of your graduate studies. From the moment you enroll in the M.S. in Publishing: Digital and Print Media program, you are provided with career guidance to ensure that your course of study supports and complements your professional goals and objectives. The program maintains strong ties with major publishing companies and receives job openings on a regular basis, which are posted on the student Listserv. Seminars on interview tactics, résumé preparation, and career paths in publishing are offered as well. You also have the option to participate in an for-credit within a publishing company. The program’s comprehensive network of industry contacts, alumni, and career-development resources has provided internship and job opportunities for students and alumni with leading publishing companies, such as Simon & Schuster; Random House, Inc.; Macmillan; Penguin Group USA; Condé Nast; Time Inc.; Hearst Corporation; Meredith Corporation; TheHuffingtonPost.com, Inc.; and AOL Inc.
