The NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies (NYU-SCPS) strives to provide every student with a rewarding educational experience. If, as a student in an NYU-SCPS online program, you have a concern/complaint, we ask that you kindly exhaust the NYU-SCPS internal complaint and resolution processes by following the NYU-SCPS Student Grievance Policies and Procedures.

If you have not resolved the concern/complaint to your satisfaction after exhausting the aforementioned process, you can utilize the Maryland Higher Education Commission Student Complaint Process.
