Frequently Asked Questions

Who can write letters of recommendation on my behalf for the graduate application?

Recommendations can come from either academic or professional sources. If the applicant has not been in an academic setting for several years, professional recommendations can be submitted. The Office of Admissions does not accept recommendations from friends or family members. We encourage you to share some information with your recommendation providers about the program to which you are applying, so they can tailor their recommendation appropriately.
