There will be a committee review of your potential for successful professional study. Your portfolio must include the following:
1. Statement of Intent that refers to your area of study explaining your intent and reasons for applying to this program.2. A portfolio of work that demonstrates the necessary skills for acceptance into the program. Portfolios must be submitted in the following formats only. No original material or art will be accepted.
SLIDES
Slides should be 35mm and able to be viewed in a Kodak Carousel.
There should be a minimum of ten slides and a maximum of 15.
Your name (as it appears on the application) and your date of birth should be in the upper left-hand corner. Mark a red dot in the lower left-hand corner. Date and dimensions must be included in the remaining space.

VHS CASSETTE, BETA-SP, or DVD
The work submitted should be no longer than two minutes.
Submit in NTSC format for VHS and Beta-SP ONLY.
Or
CD-ROM DISCS
Work may submitted as QuickTime format ONLY for animation.
3. An inventory list must be included and accompany each portfolio medium. The list must include your name (as it appears on your application), area of study, date, and medium. A short descriptive paragraph may accompany each piece of work.
4. Each piece of work (except slides) that is submitted must be labeled with your name (as it appears on the application), address, and the area of study (Digital Design, Digital Animation, Audio, Medical Illustration, Visual Effects, Digital Film. Etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: SCPS is not responsible for your portfolio and will not return it. Applicants must keep copies of their portfolios.
