TAX LUNCHEON STUDY GROUPS
Study groups offer practicing professionals a forum for discussion of recent trends and
developments, along with an opportunity to hear from guest speakers with particular expertise to
share. Limited-group size in a relaxed setting fosters a dynamic exchange. Members tend to become
longterm participants, and study groups often become a valued collegial resource. Practical tips
are exchanged, problems are brainstormed, and a network of useful professional contacts is
developed. Also, study groups are available for CLE and CPE credit. If you’re interested in

State and Local Tax Study Group
This group is for practitioners specializing in state and local taxation. At each session,
recent decisions are discussed and guest speakers make presentations. This group meets once a month
from September to June, 12–2PM, at 11 West 42nd Street. The fee is $695; lunch is included. Chair:
