New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies is pleased to present the 4th Annual Tax Controversy Forum. The Tax Controversy Forum features interactive presentations by expert practitioners covering a broad range of issues and concerns arising in tax audits and tax litigation at all levels.  Coverage encompasses the timeline of controversy work from anticipating and planning for the examination of a return through audit and administrative appeals processes to litigation techniques and strategies.  Panelists representing both taxpayers and the government share views on the latest issues and perspectives on tax controversies. Attendees learn practical solutions and valuable insights from leading authorities throughout the profession.
