CERTIFICATE IN CONFLICT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Professionals in almost every sector of today’s business world benefit greatly from enhancing their skills in dispute resolution. This certificate is a hands-on training program in the various methods of negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

Upon completion of the program, students are well versed in:

• Theory, practice, and limitations of the negotiation and arbitration process.
• Role of third-party intervention in the resolution of conflicts, focusing on the role of mediator as facilitator.
