M.S. in Global Affairs

ADMISSIONS

Because we value students who will both excel and contribute in the classroom, we seek students who are confident in their ability to master the required material, who have strong written and oral communication skills, and who have the courage to ask challenging questions. Preferably, applicants should have more than two years of work experience in this field, but can come from a variety of professional backgrounds, such as consulting financial services, media, nonprofit, or technology. The School encourages people with a strong career interest in international relations to apply for the M.S. in Global Affairs. However, we also invite other professionals with related backgrounds and an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university to apply, as there are no specific course prerequisites. The Admissions Committee evaluates your work experience, not only in terms of years, but also in regard to the depth and breadth of your experience, responsibilities, and progression.
