PROSPECTS FOR GRADUATES
CGA PUBLIC EVENTS
Our public events series examines critical global issues through a variety of lenses, such as film, journalism, art, economics, history, politics, law and international relations. These events are designed as a collaborative enterprise, drawing on the talents of NYU’s 15 schools and colleges, the greater New York community, and leaders from around the world. You have the opportunity to meet these speakers and greet audiences by serving as "Student Ambassadors". Additionally, most public events include a reception so you can network with speakers and guests.
CGA FIRST FRIDAY LUNCHEON SERIES
The “First Friday” series was first conceived in partnership with the Global Affairs Graduate Society (GAGS). MS in Global Affairs faculty lead conversations with global leaders exclusively for the graduate community every first Friday of the month from October to December and February through April. This series provides a popular forum for you to engage on an intimate level in discussion with prominent individuals in the field, your faculty and your peers.
