ALUMNI
The Graphic Communications Management and Technology program hosts a speaker series for
alumni to present special topics about the field. We typically host one per semester. Recent
examples include Dr. Joe Webb's discussion of industry trends, Dr. Greg D'Amico's presentation on
the future of print, and a lecture on generational expectations in today's workforce and the
impact these have on employee attraction, retention, and morale by Tomas M. Carroll, Group
Executive Vice President, Human Resources for RR Donnelley.
Alumni are essential to the ongoing strength of NYU's School of Continuing and Professional
Studies. The SCPS Office of Alumni Relations works with the NYU Alumni Association, school alumni
board members, students, faculty, and administration to enhance community awareness of our
educational programs, provide opportunities to further professional and intellectual interests, and
to support SCPS through professional contacts and fundraising.
