CERTIFICATE IN ADVANCED WEB DEVELOPMENT

Advancements in Web technologies have driven demand for programmers trained in the latest tools of the trade. In this course, create a dynamic, data driven website using client and server side programming tools, such as DTHML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, XML, and AJAX. Learn to register customers, create login sessions, build shopping carts, and install and configure a Web server, as well as database design techniques and eCommerce capabilities. This certificate is best suited for Web developers who already have 2+ years of hands-on experience or those who have completed the Web Development Intensive/X52.9742 or equivalent courses. This certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete either Option 1 as a single required intensive class; or Option 2, which includes four required classes.
