Graduate Certificate in
Organizational and Executive Coaching

The Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching provides the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of business coaching theory, methodology, and techniques. The program also teaches students coaching skills essential to motivate employees to realize their full potential.

The curriculum is aligned with standards of the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching, of which NYU is a founding Board Member. The program also meets the standards of the International Coaching Federation.

This six-course, 18-credit program benefits managers, directors, executives from various areas of management, professionals in companies undergoing significant change, and line executives who need to refine their coaching skills. All courses are part of the master’s degree curriculum. Students who earn this graduate certificate may apply for advanced standing if accepted into the master's program.
