Training Management: Professionals who aspire to or currently manage a training function within an organization or corporation attain the skills and framework to effectively manage a training department. Students learn to demonstrate training manager competencies according to industry standards; analyze business and organizational conditions; and set and communicate strategy as it pertains to the training function; demonstrate effective presentation techniques in order to present training strategies and plans; develop and monitor a strategic training plan; and use performance analysis to measure training and organizational effectiveness.
