The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate degree is offered in cooperation with the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. The B.S. in Real Estate builds on a solid liberal arts and business foundation and equips you with the most advanced knowledge in real estate finance, law, marketing, and construction. You gain a solid knowledge base in real estate markets, sales, leasing, and asset and portfolio management. The Schack Institute, the first university division devoted exclusively to the real estate industry, includes a distinguished faculty of prominent professionals active in New York’s real estate industry. The degree attracts students who have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to begin a career in real estate, as well as practicing real estate professionals who need to fulfill licensing renewal requirements or want to move from residential to commercial sales (including franchising, asset appraisal, and mortgage banking).
