Lauren Busener  

Lauren Busener

McGhee alum Lauren Busener used credit for prior-learning assessment to gain course credit for her business knowledge. She took one College Level Examination Program (CLEP) test and successfully completed four prior-learning portfolios to earn 20 credits. As a result, Lauren saved thousands of dollars in tuition and skipped what she estimates to be about five months worth of classes.

Brian Bullock

After several years in financial services, Brian Bullock initially went back to school for job advancement.  But while at McGhee, Bullock discovered new interests and completely changed his career path.  He recently graduated with a B.A. in Social Sciences, concentrating in anthropology, and has begun a new job in the higher education field.

An 18-year veteran of the financial services industry, John Burnett earned a B.S. in Leadership and Management Studies.  Now in a graduate business degree program, Burnett talks about why he choose to return to school and why he choose McGhee.

A successful and busy entrepreneur, wife, and mother of three young children, Alexia Crawford earned a B.A. in Social Sciences, with a concentration in history.  The Australian-native talks about the transformative experience of going back to school and earning a degree at McGhee.

A managing director at her firm and a rising star in the executive search and recruiting field, Stacy Lauren Musi graduated with a B.S. in Social Sciences, with a concentration in psychology.  She shares her reasons for deciding to earn a degree and why McGhee was the best fit.

Mary Sanders, who has worked for nearly 20 years as an administrator in the higher education and nonprofit sectors, earned a B.A. in Social Sciences with a concentration in Sociology.  She talks about how adult students successfully balance the demands of work, family, and school.


Giuseppe Tritto  

Giuseppe Tritto

A law enforcement professional in his native Italy, Giuseppe Tritto has worked for more than a decade as an anti-money laudering officer with several banks in New York.  He first graduated with a B.A. in International Studies from McGhee and then went on to earn an M.S. in Global Studies at NYU-SCPS. Tritto talks about how earning his degree transformed him personally and professionally.
