M.S. in Fundraising

ADMISSIONS

Because we value students who will both excel and contribute in the classroom, we seek individuals who are confident in their ability to master the required material, who have strong written and oral communication skills, and who have the courage to ask challenging questions. Preferably, applicants should have more than two years of work experience in this field, but experience can come from a variety of professional backgrounds, such as consulting, financial services, entertainment, consumer products, nonprofit, or technology.

The University encourages people with a strong career interest in development and grantmaking to apply for the M.S. in Fundraising. However, we also invite other professionals with an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university to apply, as there are no specific course prerequisites. The Admissions Committee evaluates your work experience, not only in terms of years, but also in regard to the depth and breadth of your experience, responsibilities, and progression.
