CONTINUING EDUCATION FACULTY
Our faculty are expert practitioners who work in all sectors of the publishing and information
industries, bringing their professional experience to the classroom. Faculty share with students
their unique experiences in book, magazine, and online publishing. As industry leaders, they
provide a top-down management perspectives, in addition to a real-world look at day-to-day
operations.
Their work spans the breadth of publishing—from editorial, production, circulation, marketing,
and sales to acquisitions, branding, digital strategies, and advertising—in companies including
Penguin Putnam, Scholastic Inc., Holtzbrinck Publishers LLC, and Time Inc., and publications such
as
New York Magazine.
Your interaction with faculty does not end in the classroom. As innovators with an active role
in the professional community, instructors share their expertise through advisement, mentoring,
conferences, and professional networking.
