CURRICULUM
Concentration in Global Real Estate
This concentration offers an advanced analysis of real estate development and investment on a global level. Students explore differences and similarities between development and investment ventures in different parts of the world, and explore a range of location- and property-dependent strategies relating to the expanding global market. Particular emphasis is placed on dispute resolution, legal issues, and the role of ethics in relation to different national and cultural climates.

Students choosing this concentration must take the 4 courses below plus 2 electives.
