This program of study for owners, property, facility and project managers, design professionals, contractors, attorneys, lenders, manufacturers and others in the building industry covers topics ranging from site planning, design, construction, regulation, standards, legal issues, marketing and building management to LEED AP exam preparation.

Upon completion of the program, students have attained extensive knowledge of:
