This certificate offers a powerful credential for anyone seeking an entry-level position as a real estate appraiser. The NYU Real Estate Institute will offer the new New York State real estate appraiser licensing courses, however, the NYU Certificate in Appraisal of Investment Properties will not be offered after the summer 2008 semester. Students presently working towards the certificate must complete the requirements by the end of the summer 2008 semester to receive the certificate.
