Jukka LaitamakiDr. Laitamaki received his M.S. from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration in Turku, Finland and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He has worked as a strategic management consultant with McKinsey & Company and as a professor at UC-Berkeley and Fordham University. He teaches Strategy and Decision-Making, Strategic Brand Management, Entrepreneurship, Customer Relationship Management, and Introduction to Tourism. Dr. Laitamaki’s research has been published in international journals, including the European Management Journal, the Journal of Transnational Management, and the California Management Review. He contributed a chapter in the textbook Travel and Tourism: An Industry Primer (Prentice Hall, 2007).
