The Preston Robert Tisch Center

ADMISSIONS

Because we value students who will both excel and contribute in the classroom, we seek students who are confident in their ability to master the required material, who have strong written and oral communication skills, and who have the courage to ask challenging questions. The School encourages people with a strong career interest in the field to apply for the Master of Science in Tourism and Travel Management program or its companion graduate certificate program. Many of our students currently work in the industry and enter the graduate program with a minimum of two to five years of experience. We also invite professionals with related backgrounds and an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university to apply, as there are no specific course prerequisites. The Admissions Committee evaluates your work experience, not only in terms of years but also in regard to the depth and breadth of your experience, responsibilities, and progression.
