Regarding the graduate programs in Tourism and Travel Management for the 2010–11 academic year.

Once you have gained the fundamentals through the core curriculum, you select a concentration from one of four specialized areas: Strategic Marketing, Tourism Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Tourism Planning and Analysis.
STRATEGIC MARKETING
In the Strategic Marketing concentration, you examine advertising and public relations on the
Web and in print and explore research methods and database marketing.
TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
Areas of investigation in the concentration in Tourism Development include events;
entertainment; cultural, heritage, and sports tourism; and financial techniques.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
The customer relationship is key in the tourism and travel industry. This concentration
examines this relationship from all sides including training, evaluation, and behavior.
