• A special message from the conference chair

Recognized as a preeminent leader of the nation's travel and tourism industry, Mr. Tisch is a passionate advocate on behalf of the industry and works tirelessly to educate elected officials and the public at large about the significant economic, social, and diplomatic contributions of travel and tourism. Mr. Tisch founded and served as Chairman of the Travel Business Roundtable until 2008, and now serves as Chairman Emeritus of its successor organization, the United States Travel Association. For nearly six years, he was Chairman of NYC & Company, the city's official tourism marketing organization. Mr. Tisch is also the author of two best-selling books, The Power of We: Succeeding Through Partnerships and Chocolates on the Pillow Aren't Enough: Reinventing the Customer Experience, and the host of television's Beyond the Boardroom.
