ACCELERATED CERTIFICATE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS
This accelerated, one-semester program provides firsthand knowledge from industry experts on each operational area of a restaurant, bar, catering service, or club facility. This experience can often be substituted for industry experience when getting that first position.
This certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete the accelerated course with a minimum grade of B-minus.
