ACCELERATED CERTIFICATE IN RESTAURANT OPERATIONS

This accelerated, one-semester program provides firsthand knowledge from industry experts on the operational areas of restaurant facilities. This experience can often be substituted for industry experience when getting that first position.

As of the Summer 2012 semester, this certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete the accelerated course with a minimum grade of B+.
