Hotels, dynamic vacation packaging for PhoCusWright, convention sales productivity for Smith Travel
Research (STR), the customer journey for Hospitality Electronic Distribution Network Association
(HEDNA), the Manhattan hotel market overview for Hospitality Valuation Services, the hospitality
workforce for Hotel & Motel Management, and a study for the International Association of
