The Tisch Center experience offers you endless prospects for professional development, and we are committed to expanding your ability to lead within large groups and organizations. Our professional development seminars help you develop skills such as networking, resume writing, and interviewing. You have many additional opportunities to sharpen your leadership abilities—by becoming a member of the Scholars Program, joining student-led clubs, participating in team projects, conducting field research, and demonstrating social responsibility through community service. Recently, students conducted a strategic tourism marketing plan for Dutchess County, New York; completed a consulting project for the Tisch Center Alumni Society; and volunteered for the Mets Wheelchair Softball Tournament at Shea Stadium, a nationally recognized sports venue.
