SCHOLARS PROGRAM

A select group of Tisch Center juniors and seniors are invited to join the Scholars Program, giving them the chance to study special themes or topics in depth. Scholars attend monthly meetings where they receive unparalleled individual attention from high-level industry professionals. Juniors conduct a week long study of their topic in the U.S. or abroad and return to share their findings in class. Seniors attend conferences and events that provide networking opportunities with industry leaders. All Scholars join an NYU service organization and complete 30 hours of community service each year at locations throughout the city. Through their participation in this program, Scholars foster leadership skills, global awareness, cultural sophistication, and a commitment to community.
