Continuing Education: Accounting, Taxation, and Legal Programs

Receive an introduction to financial accounting principles through this intensive workshop. Topics include methods of analyzing, recording, summarizing, and reporting financial data; forms of ownership, such as corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies; and analysis of financial statements. Investigate ratio analysis, liquidity, cash flow, capital structure, and quality of earnings. Some prior familiarity with accounting terms and concepts is recommended.
