Introduction to Drawing

ARTA1-CE9037 / $450
SPRING 2012
Continuing Education: Arts Programs

Drawing arises from a universal human impulse--the desire to communicate. The act of drawing consists of using the eyes, mind, and heart to translate an image seen into an image recorded. For those who have always wanted to express themselves through drawing, this course introduces the fundamental concepts and techniques necessary to unlock the mysteries of perspective, shading, and rendering a likeness. Course includes in-class exercises.

A materials list is sent to students before the first class. No grades issued.
