Explore all facets of how to design and manage successful events. Topics include volunteer leadership; committee formation; vendor relations; budgeting; timelines; journal production; maximizing the visibility and marketing value of an event; underwriting; strategic seating; and achieving the appropriate sense of style for different organizations.
