Delve into the rights and responsibilities of artists, collectors, art dealers, and auction houses, and analyze fine art appraisals, consignment agreements, commissions, and other contracts as legal documents. Thoroughly examine due diligence, title, and the legal status of works of art, copyright, and reproduction. Understand charitable giving and the tax consequences of being a collector, investor, or dealer of fine art.
