Presentation Skills for Introverts

CELP2-CS8026 / $110
SPRING 2012
Continuing Education: Career, Education, and Life Planning

Introverts are not often naturally adept at speaking publicly. This course enables students to share their knowledge and present their ideas with confidence and passion by tapping into the strengths and advantages of being an introvert. Topics include preparation, body language, vocal variety, managing jitters, and staying attuned to the audience. Lessons are customized to build on students' individual abilities and style. A lively, supportive setting encourages students to strengthen their voices through in-class exercises and constructive critique.
