Continuing Education: Leadership and Human Capital Management

Acquire a thorough understanding of the philosophical, historical, and ethical foundations of coaching. Explore similarities and differences between coaching and related disciplines and consider the scope of coaching's potential. Learn and practice basic coaching skills in real-time conversations and observe the effect of these skills as a coachee.

Required for the Certificate in Coaching. May not be waived and should be taken before any other required coaching courses. May be taken concurrently with electives.
