Foundations of Coaching II

Continuing Education: Leadership and Human Capital Management

Building on Foundations of Coaching I, this course explores various coaching skills, operating assumptions, and practices. Experiment with the language of coaching and distinguish between the effects of various techniques. Students use a defined process to structure a coaching session, learn its benefits, and employ a specific methodology to establish credibility and build trust with the coachee. Students complete the course with experience coaching and being coached.

Prerequisite: Foundations of Coaching I/COCH1-CE9800.
