Coach career-focused clients on how to take control of their work lives. Acquire strategies, tools, and resources for navigating difficult career issues and dilemmas--from exploring occupations to charting radical change. Help clients clarify career goals through self-exploration, identifying important resources, exploring career alternatives, achieving better work/life balance, outlining a strategic job search campaign, and addressing the challenges of starting a business. Assist clients in developing a proactive career strategy that reflects their values, passions, skills, and practical needs, and learn ways to coach them on common workplace issues.
