This online course is designed to fulfill the educational requirements of the Certified Financial Planner Certification Examination, administered by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. In a live, instructor-led, and fully interactive environment, students learn the fundamentals of financial planning, including investment planning, income tax planning, financial planning process and insurance, retirement planning, employee benefits, and estate planning. A calculator proficiency exam is included in the program.

Course Schedules:

Classes are held two nights a week, for nine months throughout the program. There are three scheduling options to choose from when registering for this Live-Online program. Upon program completion, students are eligible to register for the March 2013 CFP® Certification Examination.

  • Monday/Wednesday from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. ET
    These classes will begin on May 7, 2012 and are completed on January 9, 2013.
     
  • Tuesday/Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. ET
    These classes will begin on May 8, 2012 and are completed on January 10, 2013.
     
  • Tuesday/Thursday from 8:15 – 10:15 p.m. ET
    These classes will begin on May 8, 2012 and are completed on January 10, 2013.
