IT governance, infrastructure, and data environment support for key financial processes are a critical factor in the valuation of the enterprise. IT auditors and valuation consultants learn a method to follow in their due diligence and evaluation, leveraging existing frameworks to deliver technology assessment information to investment bankers, lawyers, and executives. Examine case studies and acquire a method for presenting IT assessments in the merger, acquisition, and divestiture process.
Prerequisite: Advanced IT Auditing/INFO1-CE9581 or equivalent knowledge.
