Project Management in the Information Age

Credit: Management and Information Technology

As the capstone course in the program, this course explores the methodologies, technologies, and techniques for managing projects in an information technology environment. In addition to case studies and project management tools, students participate in a simulation that runs concurrently throughout the course. Upon completion, students will be able to define a business problem, plan the delivery of a solution for that problem and manage the quality completion of those deliverables.
