Over the past 25 years, Professor Brown has made Movies 101 a cherished institution among New York's most passionate filmgoers. For each preview, he includes the film's background and creative history. The depth and intelligence of his legendary interviews have drawn our finest talent, including George Clooney, Martin Scorsese, Daniel Day-Lewis, Meryl Streep, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet, and Al Pacino. Recent films have included Black Swan, The King¿s Speech, 127 Hours, Biutiful, Casino Jack, The Town, Bridesmaids, Blue Valentine, The Adjustment Bureau, Inception, and Win Win, among others.
