View the newest films before their public release. Enjoy in-depth interviews with directors and stars. Each week, Richard Brown, who has made Movies 101 a cherished institution for New York's most passionate filmgoers, previews a new movie, setting it in its historical context and explaining how it was made. He engages the hottest stars and most intriguing directors in post-film discussions. George Clooney, Martin Scorsese, Nicolas Cage, Meryl Streep, Sigourney Weaver, Kate Winslet, and Al Pacino are among the hundreds he has interviewed.
Recent films have included Doubt, Frost/Nixon, Changeling, Defiance, Good, Yes Man, Slumdog Millionaire, Gran Torino, and The Wrestler.
